Great potential for success is apparent in the Capricorn personality. A strong desire to succeed at whatever they set out to do enables them to be patient and unrelenting in pursuit of their goals. Hard work appears to invigorate them. They seem to know intuitively that mental and/or manual labor can be therapeutic. If one path is blocked, they will continue to try others until they are confident they are moving in the right direction. Capricorns tend to be dependable especially during times of crisis. When asked, they give sound, practical advice. They are conservative in their thinking and attitudes as well as in dress and social mannerisms. They tend to follow the rules and have a healthy respect for tradition. They have a very dry sense of humor, which can surprise those just getting to know them. As parents, Capricorns are family oriented and enjoy their children.
