Uranus in Aries:

The unusual, unanticipated and the amazing offer fresh opportunities.

The electrifying planet, Uranus, often referred to as “The Awakener” by those familiar with astrology, has made its final move into Aries. This will be its new home for the next seven years, until May 2018. This planet/sign combination tends to be extremely powerful. Uranus is known to stir up the pioneering spirit within and encourages changes of the most intense kind. “Expect the unexpected” is the most commonly used phrase when making reference to its most notable characteristic. Strong feelings of restlessness may develop as Uranus travels through the sign of the Ram. Aries is an adventurous and at times impulsive sign noted for taking that questionable leap of faith without hesitation. A strong desire or need to expand and explore new horizons will be welcomed by some and perhaps feared by others. How you approach and deal with sudden change will become of importance. Applying an extra measure of flexibility to your usual way of thinking tends to be very helpful. Comfortably dealing with the unknown and walking down an unfamiliar path could lead to opportunities that reach beyond your wildest expectations.

Each sign of the zodiac will feel its influence to some degree. Use your Sun sign and rising sign to get a general idea of the area that could be activated. Your personal birth chart would point out further details.

ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 20) ANYTHING can happen and very quickly too. Be willing to reinvent yourself when the right opportunity comes along.

April '11 Astrology

For those unfamiliar with the term “Mercury retrograde” this is an astrological phrase referring to planetary motion. Mercury is identified with communication, transportation, machinery and our thinking patterns. Retrograding is a period when seemingly, not literally, a backward motion is observed from here on earth. When this planetary shift takes place frustrating slowdowns become obvious and the regularity of our daily affairs can be disrupted. This trend is active from March 31 through April 23. This annoying situation can be eased by paying closer attention to details and reviewing that which is on the back burner before setting it in motion.

ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 20)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ARIES!  Opportunities to put innovative ideas into motion flow generously during your Personal New Year. This is the start of a new twelve year period that encourages you to initiate projects that expand your horizons in some way. Venturing down the road less traveled can help you view life from a different and broader perspective. Change is the name of the game.

PLUTO:

The small planet
conveys a big message

Pluto is the most distant planet from earth and smallest celestial body in our solar system. It is known in astrological language to be the leading ambassador of long term transformation. It tends to shed light on that which has been developing undercover, deep beneath the surface and/or under the umbrella of confidentiality. It is likened to a volcano which bubbles and seethes inside until it erupts with tremendous force. The first task is to tear down in order to clear a path for that which shall be rebuilt or eliminated entirely.
