Lavender Festival

Visitors will have an opportunity to enjoy tastes of lavender cuisine, dipping sauces, lavender ice cream, receive samplings of fine varietals of lavender essential oils and bath and body creations, and learn more about lavender, growing lavender, and sustainable farming practices. Demonstrations and free seminars on the benefits of lavender and how to distill will take place throughout the day in the City Park Gazebo. The Lavender Festival will also feature live music, a special children’s activities area, a Lavender Tasting Garden with tastes to purchase, a variety of food vendors and a juried art show.
“Lavender farming is becoming a fast-growing, agricultural industry that features organic farms, healthy products, and organic culinary delights. A festival of this type is a great way to involve the entire family in the versatility of this extraordinary herb,” said Lila Avery-Fuson, owner of Central Coast Lavender Farm and Founder/Chairperson for the Central Coast Lavender Festival.
A portion of the proceeds from the CCLGA booth will be donated to the National MS Foundation. For more information, visit the web site: www.CCLGA.org.
The Lavender Festival is a production of the Central Coast Lavender Growers Association, Inc. and community partner Paso Robles Main Street Association, Inc.
