Publisher's Note August 2011

I think the writing is on the wall. They will wait it out long enough so that the American people will do anything and comply to ensure that they get their benefits.  Do you really think they will allow the government to fall apart? Will they risk our credit standing?
I see a compromise all right but it will be on the back of the little people, the working people, sick and poor people and on the children who have no clue what the future has in store. The middle class will continue to pay while the wealthy play. To be re-elected the politicians need money so they aren’t going to be too tough on the people with the green.
Information Press was formed to raise awareness, to empower people and to offer solutions. Although some days I feel as though I am at the end of my rope, I will be working with a group of people that feel it’s time to give it another good try. Together we will do our best to provide local, national and global information that is affecting your life, our world. I am reaching out to sources that can bring you the truth, the facts and the tools you can use to make a difference. We will not allow scandal on our pages. What people do behind closed doors and within their families does not belong in print unless a violation of rights is taking place.
This month marks the completion of 20 years of publishing, 232 issues to be exact.
Many thanks to all of you that have crossed my path during this journey. Deep appreciation to all that have read, submitted articles to, advertised in or delivered Information Press sometime throughout these two decades.
It may be only on a small level but together the information we have shared and you have shared with others has made a difference.
The good of the whole begins with the individual, let it begin with you.

Until we meet again,

Sandra Marshall
